A conventional cambelt is a routine job for most garages. A wet belt is different. It runs inside the engine, so the engine has to be opened up, the timing locked with the correct manufacturer tools, and the oil system cleaned of old rubber. Miss a step and the new belt can fail, usually taking the engine with it.
